I hired this firm to defend my case with Jefferson Capital. Zero communication. I was told that it will be handle out of court, and it's possible to negotiate to reduce the amount. I got one email from them while tried to reach out to them endlessly phone calls, without any return call. One email stated that there's a hearing of my case on 9/30/26. I got the judgement for the plaintiff on 10/1/26, while receiving an email from weston legal 2 days later asking for me to send them court documents????. They were completely unaware of my case ... Do not spend your money with this firm...
