Attorney Biography

Mr. Weston was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1975. He graduated with a BBA from Texas Tech University in 1970, and received his JD from South Texas College of Law in 1975 and was recognized for Deans List and Spurgeon Bell Mock Trial Team. He received a Broker's license from the Texas Real Estate Commission in 1972. He served as Assistant Professor at Sam Houston State University from 1975 to 1978.

He entered private practice in 1978 until present.. He served as a mock trial judge with South Texas College of Law from 1987 to 1993. He is a certified specialist in Business Bankruptcy Law and Consumer Bankruptcy Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1994. Mr. Weston's principal areas of practice are consumer and business bankruptcy, business transactions, and civil litigation
